Citizen forums from eastern Pune, including the Pune metropolitan region development authority (PMRDA) area, have been vociferously demanding a ‘citizen audit’ of the storm water drain work being done by the Pune municipal corporation (PMC), Pimpri Chinchwad municipal corporation (PCMC) and PMRDA.
